Is this program right for you?

Our approach is built for patients who are tired of false starts. We prioritize safety, consistency, and realistic targets, so you understand exactly what happens next. You may be a fit if you want medical oversight and a structured plan that adapts over time.

You may be a fit if you:

  • Are frustrated by repeated weight-loss attempts that didn’t last

  • Struggle with cravings, hunger, or “food noise”

  • Have metabolic risk factors (prediabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS, high cholesterol, fatty liver, elevated blood pressure, sleep disruption)

  • Want medical oversight, not a generic meal plan

Not a fit if you:

  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy soon

  • Have contraindications to certain therapies (we screen carefully)

  • Want a “quick prescription” without structured monitoring

Why partner with us?

Most weight-loss plans break down for predictable reasons such as unclear targets, inconsistent follow-ups, and no adjustment when real life happens.

The Alohi Medical Weight Loss & Metabolic Wellness Program is designed to be different:

  • We're patient-centered, non-hospital clinic environment with time built in to feel heard and supported

  • Lifestyle-First: we believe building healthy habits are the foundation to sustainability and consistency in keeping the weight off.

  • Data-driven decisions: body composition + clinical markers guide your plan

  • Structured follow-up: we adjust strategy based on results, tolerance, and adherence

  • Brand-name GLP-1 approach (when indicated): Wegovy® or Zepbound®—not compounded formulations

Real-patient results

If you’ve been disappointed before, you deserve proof—not hype. These results are from 16 patients in our medically supervised program while on a GLP-1 medication.

**Results vary based on starting point, medical history, adherence, medication access/tolerability, and time between scans. These outcomes reflect real patients with at least two Styku scans using semaglutide or tirzepatide and are not a guarantee of individual results.

Why this matters:  We track more than the scale, because keeping results long-term depends on improving body composition, not just losing weight quickly.

Let's discuss your goals

Medication Costs & Coverage Support

Medication costs are separate from program enrollment fees. If you have insurance coverage for FDA-approved weight-loss medications, we will assist with the approval process, including prior authorizations, supporting documentation, and coordination with your pharmacy and insurance plan (when applicable). If coverage is not available, you may still access self-pay options by clicking the buttons below.

Questions, answered (FAQs)

Clear answers upfront to reduce uncertainty and eliminate back-and-forth calls.

  • How fast will I lose weight?

It varies. We focus on safe, steady progress and preserving lean mass—not crash dieting.

  • Are labs included?

Labs may be recommended based on your history and clinical needs, but lab testing is typically a separate cost (billed through the lab/insurance or cash-pay depending on your plan).

  • Is medication included?

Medication cost is typically separate from membership. We discuss practical access options during your initial visit. If you insurance plan required prior authorization for medication coverage we will assist you with that process.

  • Do you use compound GLP-1s?

No. We do not use compounded semaglutide/tirzepatide in this program.

  • What if I’ve already tried semaglutide or tirzepatide?

We evaluate your dose history, response, side effects, and barriers, then recommend the next best step for your goals.

  • What happens when I stop medication?

We build a maintenance plan to protect results and reduce rebound risk, including nutrition structure and long-term follow-up strategy.
